Engine Rebuilds Kent | Noble Motorsport
Noble Motorsport carry out full and partial engine rebuilds from our Folkestone workshop — from a strip-down refresh on a tired engine through to a complete bottom-end rebuild with forged internals. Every job is stripped, inspected and rebuilt in-house, and every rebuild is finished with a custom map and a power run on our Dyno Dynamics rolling road before it goes back on the road.

An engine rebuild is only as good as the inspection behind it. Too many quotes get written before anyone has actually stripped the engine down and measured what's worn — which means the price changes halfway through, or worse, the problem that was actually there never gets fixed. At Noble Motorsport, every rebuild starts with a full strip and inspection so you know exactly what's needed before any work is agreed. We carry out everything in-house at our Folkestone workshop — from a gaskets-and-seals refresh on an otherwise sound engine, through to a full bottom-end rebuild with the block bored, crank reground and new bearings, pistons and rings fitted throughout. Where an engine is being built for more power than it left the factory with, we specify forged internals to suit the target — not just replacement parts to standard spec. What sets a Noble rebuild apart is what happens after reassembly. The same team that built your engine also writes the map and runs it on our Dyno Dynamics rolling road — checking oil pressure, temperatures and air/fuel ratio under load before it's handed back. You get a dyno graph as proof the rebuild is right, not just our word for it.
